Benchmark Lab is an independent evaluation platform for Voice AI systems. Every metric is produced by deterministic code or frozen pretrained models — no human listening, reading, rating, annotation, or adjudication anywhere.

The benchmark methodology is designed to reflect real-world production conditions: noise, telephony codecs, long sessions, multilingual content, and end-to-end latency — not just clean read speech on a quiet microphone.
